Dayton First Church (DFC) of the Nazarene was actually the first Nazarene church in the Dayton area.
We have a great history! We want our mission to be who we are and how we live everyday!
OUR MISSION
In John 4 we see that Jesus “had” to go through Samaria. Why? Because Jesus is in the business of Impacting people’s lives. The story of the Samaritan woman at the well is one of the most powerful events in the Bible. The Samaritan woman had come to a point in her life where she was “thirsty”. Jesus offered her Living Water…Himself. Immediately, she was compelled and driven to go back to her town and share Jesus with others. Then, many Samaritans came to see Jesus and their lives, in turn, were Impacted because her life was first Impacted by Jesus.
The ripple effect of Jesus making a difference in people’s lives continues through you and I.
